Are you looking to achieve the impressive feat of doing 100 push-ups? While it may seem impossible, it can be done. With the workout course of 100 push-ups named Be Stronger, you'll have your very own personal fitness coach for push-ups. By following this program, you can reach the goal of doing 100 push-ups in a row within a timeframe of 6-10 weeks. It's not as difficult as it may initially appear; all it takes is consistently following the appropriate workouts.

 <li>The workouts are divided into 11 programs tailored to your specific sport training needs. Simply choose the program that suits you best. We also suggest combining it with other programs from the Be Stronger cycle, such as 50 pull-ups, 300 sit ups, and 300 squats. Integrating all these programs will help you achieve a strong and healthy body in record time.</li>

 <li>Warm-up exercises before workouts and stretching exercises after workouts</li>
 <li>The option to change programs in case of an unsuccessful training session</li>
 <li>A history log of your push-up progress</li>

Before starting the workout, there are a few program rules to follow. First, you'll need to take a test to determine your maximum number of consecutive push-ups. Based on your test results, you can then choose the appropriate program and begin your workouts. After each set, press the button to activate the rest timer (you can either rest for the recommended time or adjust it based on your own preferences). Take proper rests and maintain a balanced diet for optimal results.

As an example, if your test result was 43 push-ups, you should select the program that ranges from 41-45 repetitions. Additionally, remember to take 2 days of rest after the test to allow for proper recovery.
