Before starting the workout, there are a few program rules to follow. First, you'll need to take a test to determine your maximum number of consecutive push-ups. Based on your test results, you can then choose the appropriate program and begin your workouts. After each set, press the button to activate the rest timer (you can either rest for the recommended time or adjust it based on your own preferences). Take proper rests and maintain a balanced diet for optimal results.
As an example, if your test result was 43 push-ups, you should select the program that ranges from 41-45 repetitions. Additionally, remember to take 2 days of rest after the test to allow for proper recovery.
